What is the KCABA?

built for adult baseball players

Our KCABA League (est. 2008) is the premier wood bat baseball league for adults in the Kansas City area.  This league is for those players who want to continue playing this game beyond their high school or college years.  We feature 18+ and  40+ wood bat leagues in 2026.  I, Jonathan Krysa, have been league president since 2011 and continue to strive to play on better turf fields with better baseballs, year-after-year.  We currently play on several area turf complexes including: Raytown High School, Oak Park High School, Creekside Baseball Complex, Homefield Baseball Complex, Macken Park (NKC), and Capital Federal Memorial Field.  We currently play with the American Association pro baseballs.  Our spring season starts in April and ends in August.

Our mission is to create a competitive and enjoyable baseball experience for any adult.  We value every player and every skill level and invite you to experience the difference.  This is a pay-to-play league.  Once paid, you will register with NABA (National Adult Baseball Association) and be covered under insurance and sign a player waiver (www.dugout.org).

Players First

Every player is treated with respect and is given the same opportunity to play

Who are we?

OUR PROGRAMS

Our spring/summer baseball programs for both 18+ & 40+ leagues start in April with playoffs in August.  We are based in the KC metro area and play in both Missouri and Kansas.  Our leagues consists of players who once played rec league, high school ball, or even played collegiately and are now at the age of playing for fun!  The games are competitive in nature and have set rules for game play on specific days of the week.
